By accessing or using Genpicto (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account & credits
You are responsible for your account credentials. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits do not expire unless we announce otherwise with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to generate illegal content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, content that promotes violence or terrorism, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Intellectual property
Subject to the underlying model provider’s terms, you generally own the images you generate for your personal or commercial use. You grant us a limited license to store and display generations in your account history.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generation will meet your expectations. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or unintended content.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted on the site when practical.
