Prompt engineering basics for Flux
Flux models respond best to clear, structured prompts. Instead of a single vague phrase, describe the scene in layers: subject, environment, style, lighting, and quality keywords.
Example structure: “[subject], [action or pose], [setting], [lighting], [style or medium], [quality tags]”. For instance: “A red fox sitting on a mossy log in a misty forest at dawn, soft volumetric light, photorealistic, highly detailed”.
Avoid stuffing contradictory styles (e.g. “cartoon” and “photorealistic”) unless you intentionally want a hybrid look. Prefer one dominant style and refine with follow-up generations.
English prompts currently yield the most consistent results because training data is heavily English-weighted. You can still plan in Vietnamese, then translate key details into English for the final prompt.
Iterate in small steps: change one aspect (lighting, camera angle, or style) at a time so you learn what the model is reacting to.
